Lion & Eagle Ministries International was founded by Eric and LaVonne Bardell in England in 2006 and later incorporated in America in 2008. Our ministry is driven by a clear vision and mission to make known the reality and relevance of God's love and saving grace to a seeking world through the preaching and teaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

We strive to reveal His kingdom, glory, love, and power through the demonstration of changed lives, healings, and miracles. Our aim is to empower men and women to fulfill their potential in Christ through the Holy Spirit and the Word of God. We also actively promote and preserve moral clarity and excellence by shining the light of Christ in a world that often embraces moral ambiguity.

Our mission is to preach, teach, and demonstrate the Kingdom of Heaven on earth. We desire to impact and invade society with the need for salvation and the living reality of Jesus Christ, who remains the same yesterday, today, and forever. We are committed to being obedient to His will, going where He sends us, and doing what He gives us to do through the enabling power of His grace.

We serve and encourage the Body of Christ, supporting and uplifting fellow believers. We aim to make a difference in our world and in the lives of others, becoming agents of positive change. We believe in the transformative power of the Gospel and strive to bring hope, healing, and the message of salvation to those in need.

Why the lion and the eagle in our ministry name? The name was given by God through prayer. The lion represents Jesus Christ, the Lion of the tribe of Judah in Revelation 5:5, and also the Word of God (John 1; Revelation 19:13). In several places in the Bible, the eagle is a metaphor for the Holy Spirit. The Word and the Spirit together make a dynamic force for holiness and truth. There is also this: that the lion represents England, while the eagle is the symbol of America. Eric was born in England, though now an American citizen, while LaVonne is American by birth. Together they make a powerful team, passionate about igniting hearts, transforming lives, and revealing the Kingdom of Heaven on earth.
